Chrome-free leather comes from farms in southern Brazil and undergoes a tanning process in which no chrome, heavy metals or dangerous acids are used.
Simplifying the tanning steps makes it possible to limit the use of chemicals and energy, as well as reducing the use of water by around 40% and that of salt by 80%.
After tanning, the water is recyclable.
Vegan suede is made in the state of São Paulo in Jacareí, this suede is a 100% vegan synthetic textile that offers an alternative to suede from leather. It is a non-woven textile composed of microfibers, consolidated by needling and impregnated with polyurethane resin. No solvents are used during the process.
This jersey lining is made of 100% recycled polyester. Developed to resist friction and provide maximum comfort and flexibility thanks to its mesh structure.
